Your project does not have to be in Florida to order from Advanced Aluminum Home Systems. We sell and ship custom aluminum cabinetry and fabricated systems to other states and international destinations. Our team works with homeowners, builders, contractors, designers, and project partners who want professionally manufactured aluminum products tailored to their plans.

Unassembled orders with assembly instructions

Unassembled orders are available with assembly instructions. This option allows customers outside our local area to receive the specified components for assembly at the destination. The configuration, parts, packaging, and assembly requirements are coordinated for the individual order. Tell us early if you need an unassembled shipment so the manufacturing proposal reflects how the products will be received and put together.Assembly instructions accompany the unassembled order. Review them with the person responsible for assembly before starting work. Keep the supplied components, hardware, and instructions organized as the shipment is unpacked, and contact us with product questions before making modifications.

Custom manufacture, wherever your project is located

Choose your door style, finish direction, cabinet dimensions, storage arrangement, and required openings. Our cabinetry combines solid aluminum panels with heavy-duty welded marine-grade aluminum structural construction. The finished configuration may include doors, drawers, shelves, access panels, and other specified components. We determine which assemblies and parts are shipped together as part of your order planning.White, black, and wood-grain finish directions are featured in our cabinet door collection. Custom color and finish choices can be discussed when requesting a quotation. Approve physical samples where applicable and review the project drawings so the order reflects your taste and the conditions at the destination.

What to send for a manufacturing and shipping quote

  • Your destination city, state or province, postal code, and country.
  • The product type, quantities, measurements, drawings, and room or site photographs.
  • Your preferred door pattern, color, finish, and storage configuration.
  • Appliance model numbers and current specification sheets where cabinetry must fit equipment.
  • Whether you want the order shipped unassembled, and who will handle assembly and installation.
  • Delivery access details, including whether the destination is a residence, business, warehouse, or jobsite.

Shipping arrangements are quoted for the order

Shipping cost and delivery arrangements depend on the destination, dimensions, weight, packaging, and order configuration. Ask us to include the relevant shipping arrangements in your written quotation. Confirm the delivery address, access requirements, receiving contact, and agreed delivery scope before the order is dispatched. Manufacturing and transit timing are confirmed for the project rather than assumed from a standard catalog schedule.

Your local installation team

We are manufacturers. Customers and their local contractors or installers are responsible for field measurements, site preparation, receiving arrangements, assembly, anchoring, and installation. Plumbing, electrical, gas, and other site work are coordinated by the appropriate local trades. Unassembled supply does not include an on-site installation service unless a written agreement specifically provides otherwise.

Our aluminum cabinet construction is backed by our Lifetime Structural Warranty. Request the written terms applicable to your order, including any assembly and installation requirements. Finishes, hardware, appliances, and accessories have their own applicable coverage. Keep your order documents and approved drawings with the assembly instructions for future reference.
