SOLID ALUMINUM. NOTHING IN BETWEEN.
Our aluminum cabinet doors and panels are solid aluminum throughout their thickness. No honeycomb core, foam, wood, particleboard or laminated filler core. Powder coating provides the finished color; wood-grain finishes are applied to aluminum and do not contain a wood core. Cabinet structures are manufactured from aluminum. Hardware, appliances and optional countertops are specified separately in your proposal.
ADVANCED ALUMINUM HOME SYSTEMSSlim Shaker Aluminum Cabinet Doors
A refined frame with a lighter, modern touch.
Slim Shaker uses a narrow perimeter detail to give the door definition without the visual weight of a wide traditional frame. It bridges modern and familiar styles, making it a strong choice for kitchens, utility rooms, and cabinetry that needs to coordinate with existing furniture. What makes this style different?
Slim Shaker introduces one understated frame effect. Double Groove is more layered, European Flat is smoother, and Linear or Contemporary introduce more pronounced directional geometry. Slim Shaker is the balanced option for customers seeking subtle detail.Solid aluminum beneath the finish
The door panels are solid aluminum, finished to the selected design and surface appearance. Our complete cabinetry is built around heavy-duty welded marine-grade aluminum frames. The panel material is aluminum throughout; the wood-grain option is a decorative finish on aluminum, not a wood core or veneer.Doors, frames, shelves, hinges, pulls, and drawer systems perform different jobs. We plan them as a coordinated assembly so the finished appearance and everyday operation work together. Hardware and accessory choices are specified for each project.Designed to your taste
Review the perimeter detail at the actual door size. Narrow drawers and tall pantry doors have different proportions, so keeping a consistent visual frame requires an intentional drawing. Consider whether you want matching framed drawer fronts or a quieter flat-front companion.Choose from the featured white, black, and wood-grain finish directions, then discuss the exact tone, sheen, texture, and availability. White creates a bright, clean look. Black emphasizes depth and contrast. Wood grain introduces a warm visual character while keeping the benefits of an aluminum panel. Request samples under the lighting of your intended space.Plan the fit before fabrication
Send cabinet sizes, clear opening dimensions, drawings, appliance specifications, and photos of the room. Tell us how the space will be used, what must fit inside, and whether the location is indoors, outdoors, or coastal. We review door swing, handle clearance, drawer travel, and the relationship between neighboring components as part of the proposed design. For refacing, the existing cabinet boxes and hinge locations must be evaluated by your project team. New aluminum doors do not change the material or condition of the existing cabinet structure. For complete new cabinetry, we can coordinate the chosen door style with a welded aluminum cabinet system.Finish care and structural confidence
Professional powder coating gives the aluminum its finished color and surface. Clean with mild soap, fresh water, and a soft cloth, following the supplied care instructions. Avoid abrasive cleaning tools and harsh chemicals. Outdoor and coastal cabinetry benefits from regular removal of salt and residue; suitable drainage and ventilation remain part of good installation planning. Our aluminum cabinet construction carries a Lifetime Structural Warranty. Request the written terms for your project. Finish, hardware, appliances, and accessories have their applicable coverage; structural coverage does not mean every component has a lifetime finish guarantee.Built by a manufacturer, around your project

The collection below shows the five door patterns in white, wood grain, and black. The two kitchen concepts illustrate finish and layout possibilities; they are design inspiration, not a specification for your selected door. Your approved drawings establish the final pattern, components, and finish.
